PowerU 62 - Power Mapping Fundamentals

#PowerU 62 - I’ve been making #PowerU for almost two years now. Sixty-one episodes. And I’ve gotten close to power mapping probably a dozen times and backed away every single time. Episode 62 is where we finally go there. When I was reflecting on the reason I keep getting close but not quite there, it turns out to be the same reasons most people struggle with power mapping: they either think it’s a magic bullet or they think there’s something inherently wrong about doing it at all. Both of those reactions - magic bullet vs moral discomfort - are worth taking seriously because they are giving you an important message about your own relationship to power.
