Power U 36: The Power of Story

#PowerU 36 - I’d been toying with doing a PowerU post-election but was having trouble focusing my thoughts. For those of you not in Canada - and in Vancouver specifically - it’s been a lot of a week emotionally and the complexity of the election outcome adds a lot to a lot. Then yesterday I was doing a power workshop with Sandra Wear for a group of women, and one of the attendees was talking to me about a learning she had recently about the downfall trying to fit every success story into the framework of the hero’s journey and I was like “yes, this is the piece that has been weighing on me”. Have a listen. I am so interested to hear your thoughts on whether it resonates with you as a different way to look at your own power in this complex outcome.
