Power U 27: What Fuels Power? Part 2
Grounding forces for you and your work

Last week in PowerU 26 we talked about what fuels power and how, just like the types and uses of power, there are both negative (greed, narcissism) and positive things that fuel power.
In the last video I talked about my favourite fuel - hope - and the relationship between hope and purpose. It's well captured in a quote I've been keeping close to my heart this last few years from Alicia Garza who wrote,
"Hope is not the absence of despair: it's the presence of purpose".
PowerU 27 talks about another one of those fuels. While hope is my favourite fuel, the one I'm talking about here is essential and perhaps could even be described as the essence of power.
Interested to hear your thoughts about how these videos about what fuels power are landing for you.
